  1. Most entries in this bibliography have anchors with style [xxx nn], where nn means the last two digits in year.
This style of anchors causes mismatch with the visual strings [xxx nnnn] with four digits in year.
I found a link on the page Contents and Organization failed to link to the entry.
How about using four digit style [xxx nnnn] for all anchors?
we can avoid to generate invalid links.
(the problem is that we have many links to change...)

  2. "Java Developer Connection Tech Tips" are dead links.

    do those contents available anywhere?

I found japanese translation pages on [JDC Tech Tips in Japanese],
but cannot find the original contents...

  3. [Manson 2006] Jeremy Manson and William Pugh, The Java™ Memory Model: The Building Block of Concurrency, JavaOne Conference, 2006.  – Its a dead link.

    1. Fixed.  Thanks for pointing it out.
